Waste Percentage on Crabs

What percentage of a cooked whole dungeness crab is thrown away to get to the "edible crab" meaning, legs (with shells) and body with white thin surround intact?

For Dungeness Crabs, we would guess around 1/2, leaving just the legs and thigh area (edible)...?
