Cajun Crab Stuffed Shrimp Recipe

This Cajun Crab Stuffed Shrimp recipe is another Crab-O-Licious favorite crab meat recipe. This recipe is great for cocktail parties, but I wouldn't limit it for just that. You can easily add a side salad and call it a special meal!
- 1/3 Cup-Cracker-Finely Crushed
- 3 Tablespoons-Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon-Fresh Parsley-Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon-Dijon Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon-Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon-Cajun's Choice Seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon-Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Pound-Crab Meat
- 16-Jumbo Shrimp-Butterflied
Directions:Preheat broiler. Arrange oven rack closest to top.
Mix crackers, mayo, parsley, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun seasonings and lemon juice in medium sized mixing bowl.
Add crab meat.
Spoon mixture with spoon into butterflied jumbo shrimp, evenly distributing mixture into the shrimp.
Place on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and broil until cooked through for about 5 minutes. Careful NOT to over cook the shrimp!
